Hands-on Total Rewards leader to build and scale the global rewards function from scratch at a fintech company backed by ADQ and World Bank. Responsible for designing compensation frameworks, equity programs, benefits strategies across multiple countries, and leading compensation cycles

Требования

• Strong Total Rewards experience in high-growth, fast-scaling companies
• Proven track record of building compensation and benefits frameworks from scratch
• Expertise in global compensation, benefits, and equity programs
• Experience working across multiple employment models and countries
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with market data and benchmarks
• Business-oriented approach with ability to balance competitiveness and cost efficiency
• Experience in multi-country environments
• Nice to have: fintech or global tech companies experience
• Nice to have: familiarity with People Tech and HRIS tools
