Hands-on Total Rewards leader to build and scale the global rewards function from scratch at a fintech company backed by ADQ and World Bank. Responsible for designing compensation frameworks, equity programs, benefits strategies across multiple countries, and leading compensation cycles
Requirements
- Strong Total Rewards experience in high-growth, fast-scaling companies
- Proven track record of building compensation and benefits frameworks from scratch
- Expertise in global compensation, benefits, and equity programs
- Experience working across multiple employment models and countries
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with market data and benchmarks
- Business-oriented approach with ability to balance competitiveness and cost efficiency
- Experience in multi-country environments
- Nice to have: fintech or global tech companies experience
- Nice to have: familiarity with People Tech and HRIS tools
