Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking, or a similar financial operations role
- Solid understanding of payment processes, treasury operations, and banking procedures
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately with large volumes of financial data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
