International MarTech company providing solutions for FinTech is looking for a specialist to build and execute performance-driven UGC strategy to drive traffic and user acquisition across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Requirements
- 2+ years in UGC, Influencer, or Performance Marketing
- Proven experience using creators as a traffic acquisition channel
- Hands-on experience with UGC platforms (e.g., Insense, Aspire, Billo, Trend)
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
