Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads
- Experience scaling campaigns across US & Tier-1 GEOs
- Experience with web2web and/or web2app funnels
- Experience with subscription-based products, trials, or recurring revenue models
- Proven experience managing or scaling $500K+ monthly ad budgets
- Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback, and traffic quality
- Understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, and attribution
- Ability to analyze performance across full acquisition funnel
