User Acquisition Manager (PPC) for Capital.com, a high-growth investment trading fintech group, focusing on performance marketing and user acquisition campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience
- Direct experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC)
- Paid social experience (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) is a bonus
- Knowledge of mobile attribution constraints (iOS ATT/SKAD)
- Experience in fintech, trading, or regulated financial services
- Analytical skills for performance dashboard interpretation
- Fluent in written and verbal English
