VIP Account Manager in an iGaming company based in Limassol, responsible for building relationships with high-value players, proactive consultation, retention, and increasing player satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support / VIP support / account management in iGaming
- Excellent command of English (C1+)
- Understanding of the iGaming industry, player psychology and retention techniques
- High level of empathy and stress-resistance
- Confident PC user, ready to work with CRM/internal systems
- Experience in proactive calls is a must
