Requirements
- 10+ years in engineering leadership
- 4+ years at VP/Director level in high-growth environments
- Experience leading engineering orgs of 100+ people
- Deep understanding of AI/LLM as a tool for engineering rigor
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-quarter projects on time
