JobSignal Terms of Service

Effective as of 21 July 2026. Version 1.0.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”, “you”) and Pixel Rainbow Inc, a corporation registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, with a business address at 700 North Fairfax Str., STE 614, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, USA (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your access to and use of the JobSignal service available at jobsignal.me and any related media or applications (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. The information provided on the Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law.

1. Definitions

1.1. Service / JobSignal — a software service that aggregates job postings from public Telegram channels, matches them to the User's resume using artificial-intelligence algorithms, and delivers personalised selections through the channels chosen by the User.

1.2. Subscription — provision of access to the paid functionality of the Service on a recurring payment basis.

1.3. Trial — a free access period of 3 (three) calendar days from the moment the Subscription is activated.

1.4. Acceptance — the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Subject Matter

2.1. The Company provides the User with access to the functionality of the Service, and the User pays for it under these Terms.

2.2. The Service aggregates data from open sources (public Telegram channels) and applies matching algorithms to them. The Company is not an employer, a recruitment agency, or a party to any employment relationship, and does not guarantee employment or the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information contained in job postings. Matching results are informational (advisory) in nature.

2.3. Candidate matching for recruiters. The Service provides recruiters and employers using the HR area with candidate-matching functionality: the resume, profile, and contact details of Users who have uploaded a resume may be shown to platform recruiters for matching against vacancies. By uploading a resume and using the Service, the User consents to such display. The User may at any time disable the visibility of their resume and contact details for recruiters using the toggle in their account (visibility is enabled by default). Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

3.1. Registration with the Service, and/or commencement of use of the Service, and/or activation of a Subscription constitutes Acceptance of these Terms.

3.2. By accepting, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that they are at least 16 years old (or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

4. Registration and Access

4.1. Access is granted after registration with an email address confirmed by a one-time code.

4.2. The User agrees not to transfer access to third parties and is responsible for all actions performed under their account.

4.3. You agree not to access the Service by automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) and to use the Service for lawful purposes only.

5. Fees, Trial, and Payment

5.1. Trial. Upon activation of a Subscription the User receives 3 (three) calendar days of free access. No card is required to start the Trial.

5.2. Paid Subscription. After the Trial the User may subscribe to one of the following plans:

  • Lite — USD 9 (nine US dollars) per month (feed refresh once a day);
  • Pro — USD 15 (fifteen US dollars) per month (feed refresh every three hours and early access to new features).

Prices are set in US dollars. Depending on your card and country, the payment provider may display and charge the equivalent amount in your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.

5.3. Recurring charges. By accepting these Terms and linking a payment method, the User authorises automatic recurring charges of the Subscription fee without additional confirmation of each payment. Charges are made monthly on the date corresponding to the end of the Trial and continue until the Subscription is cancelled by the User.

5.4. Payment processing. Payments are accepted and card data is processed by Pixel Rainbow Inc using Stripe as the payment processor. Card data is processed in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard; card details are not transferred to or stored on the Service's own systems.

5.5. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5.6. HR-area fees (for recruiters and employers). Users publishing vacancies and matching candidates through the HR area have access to:

  • Vacancy publication — USD 8 (eight US dollars) per vacancy (a 30-day placement; one-time payment, no auto-renewal);
  • Recruiter subscription "Start" — USD 29 (twenty-nine US dollars) per month (up to 5 (five) active vacancies with no per-publication fee, plus access to candidate matching);
  • Recruiter subscription "Pro" — USD 72 (seventy-two US dollars) per month (unlimited publications plus access to candidate matching);
  • Vacancy bump in the feed — USD 3 (three US dollars) per bump; a pack of 10 bumps — USD 20 (twenty US dollars);
  • Career Marketplace placement — USD 12 (twelve US dollars) per month; "TOP-15" position — USD 99 (ninety-nine US dollars) per month (includes the base placement).

The "Start" and "Pro" subscriptions, the Career Marketplace placement and "TOP-15" are recurring (monthly) services; clauses 5.3–5.5 and Section 6 apply to them. A recruiter subscription covers vacancy publications only; bumps and Career Marketplace services are paid separately.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. The User may cancel the Subscription and/or revoke recurring charges at any time in their account or by contacting support@jobsignal.ru.

6.2. Upon cancellation, access to the paid functionality remains available until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.

6.3. Refunds. We ask that you contact us first at support@jobsignal.ru to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or other payment dispute. A refund may be issued where the User was unable to use the Service due to a fault on our side that was not remedied within a reasonable time. All refund decisions are made in good faith based on documented service issues and do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.

7. Rights and Obligations; Prohibited Activities

7.1. The Company undertakes to provide access to the Service and may modify, supplement, or suspend its functionality, including for maintenance.

7.2. The User agrees to use the Service in good faith and not to take actions that disrupt the Service or infringe the rights of third parties.

7.3. You agree not to: impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity; circumvent or disable any security features of the Service; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; harvest or collect personal information of other users without consent; engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour; or interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is accurate or complete.

8.2. The Company is not responsible for the decisions of employers, for the accuracy of information in the original public sources, or for the results of the User's applications.

8.3. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. The Company's aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the Subscription fee for one paid month. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

9.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Personal Data

10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property; Copyright Notices

11.1. All exclusive rights to the Service, its source code, design, databases, and other elements (except User content and third-party job postings) belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Use is permitted only within the functionality of the Service.

11.2. Copyright infringement notices. If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@jobsignal.ru including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it; your contact information; and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

12. Electronic Communications

12.1. By using the Service or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications. Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures; our emailed notices and postings on the Service are deemed valid notice.

13. Changes to the Terms; Term and Termination

13.1. The Company may amend these Terms unilaterally by publishing a new version on the Service. Amendments take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Service after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13.2. These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Service at any time without prior notice.

14. Force Majeure

14.1. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government orders). The affected party will notify the other as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.2. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties agree first to attempt informal resolution for 30 days by contacting support@jobsignal.ru. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Alexandria, Virginia under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Claims must be pursued individually; class or consolidated actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law. You consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alexandria, Virginia for any matters not subject to arbitration.

15.3. These Terms, together with the policies published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign these Terms at our discretion.
