2.1. Registration data: email address.

2.2. Resume data uploaded by the User: name, information about work experience, skills, education, contact details, and other information contained in the resume file.

2.5. Delivery channel data: Telegram identifier (chat_id) when Telegram delivery is connected.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

5.1. To provide the Service, the Company engages the following categories of third parties (processors), providing each only with the information necessary to perform their services:

  • payment processor (Stripe) — for accepting payments (email address, payment data);
  • AI processing provider — for analysing resume text and preparing selections (resume and profile text is transferred for algorithmic processing);
  • cloud providers of storage, authentication, and hosting;
  • delivery services (email, Telegram) — for sending selections;
  • recruiters and employers using the HR area of the Service — for candidate matching: they are shown the User's resume, profile, and contact details unless the User has disabled resume visibility for recruiters in their profile settings;
  • web analytics services — for anonymised usage statistics (cookies, IP address, technical device data), where enabled.

5.2. The Company does not sell personal data and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5.3. Compliance with laws. We may disclose personal data to government or law-enforcement officials or private parties where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to respond to legal requests (including court orders and subpoenas), to protect the safety, property, or rights of the Company, its users, or third parties, to prevent or stop illegal activity, or to comply with the law.

5.4. Business transfers. If the Company is merged, acquired, or sold, or in the event of a transfer of some or all of its assets, personal data may be disclosed or transferred in connection with such a transaction.

6. International Data Transfers; Retention

6.1. Personal data is stored and processed on the servers of our cloud providers, which may be located in the European Union and/or the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA or the UK to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

6.2. Data is processed from the moment it is provided until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn. Typical retention periods:

| Data category | Retention period |

|---|---|

| Account data (email, profile, resume) | Duration of the account; deleted or anonymised upon account deletion |

| Payment records | Up to 7 years (as required by tax and financial regulations) |

| Usage and analytics data | Up to 26 months |

After these periods, data is permanently deleted or anonymised, except where its retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

7.1. The User has the right to: obtain information about the processing of their data; request access to and a copy of their data; request correction, restriction, or deletion; object to processing based on legitimate interest; receive their data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

7.2. To exercise these rights, contact support@jobsignal.ru. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to provide the Service. To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7.3. Resume visibility. The User may at any time control the visibility of their resume and contact details for platform recruiters using the toggle in their account. Visibility is enabled by default; when disabled, the User's resume and contacts become unavailable to recruiters.

7.4. EEA/UK residents (GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the rights above apply to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and you additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.

7.5. California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, but we honour opt-out requests as a matter of policy), the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. To submit a request, email support@jobsignal.ru with the subject line “California Privacy Request”. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (extendable by up to 45 additional days with notice). You may authorise an agent to submit a request on your behalf.

8. Cookies

8.1. The Service uses cookies and similar technologies: essential cookies required for the Service to function (session management, authentication) — these cannot be disabled; and analytics cookies, where enabled, which collect anonymised usage data. By continuing to use the Service, the User agrees to their use; cookies can be managed in browser settings, though some features of the Service may not work if essential cookies are disabled.

9. Security

9.1. The Company takes legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel, and regular monitoring of systems for security vulnerabilities.

9.2. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Service, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide, and you do so at your own risk.

10. Children's Privacy

10.1. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under the age of 16. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal data from a user under 16, we will delete such information from our records.

In the case of material changes, we will notify users by email and/or by a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
