High-impact Chief of Staff role at an international travel company. Responsible for translating CEO strategy into organizational outcomes, managing decision implementation, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and serving as the CEO's trusted operational right hand
Требования
- 5+ years as Business Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or Operations Manager
- Strong business understanding and ability to grasp commercial/operational topics quickly
- Experience with B2C products and e-commerce (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with senior managers and hold stakeholders accountable
- Experience with AI tools and modern productivity technologies (advantageous)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
