XM is looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to strengthen its global employer brand, manage employee advocacy programs, and lead initiatives across internal and external channels to attract and engage talent
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction or a related field
- Experience developing employer branding strategies, ideally in a large international organisation
- Strong content creation, storytelling, social media and digital marketing skills
- Experience with employer branding tools, CMS and social platforms
- Strong project management skills and experience working across multiple markets
- Data-driven approach and ability to measure the impact of employer branding initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
