Requirements

- Strong experience partnering with managers and stakeholders at different levels
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation
- Experience in performance management, talent management and organizational development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Dutch and other European languages are an advantage
