HR Generalist managing the full employee lifecycle in France for a scale-up, including contracts, onboarding, departures, payroll, benefits, and compliance with French labor law and Syntec collective agreement. Will support 20-25 new hires and manage HR support for Spain and Portugal
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of HR generalist or HR administration experience in France
- Solid knowledge of French employment law
- Fluent French and professional English
- Right to work in France
- Scale-up experience (nice to have)
- Syntec knowledge (nice to have)
- Multi-country HR experience (nice to have)
- HRIS projects experience (nice to have)
- Spanish or Portuguese (nice to have)
