TaxDome is looking for an HR Ops Specialist to manage HR systems, data reporting, and process automation within a global HR team, focusing on HRIS administration and improving manual HR workflows
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or HRIS administration
- Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Exposure to scripting or no-code automation tools (Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, Airtable)
- Functional AI fluency
- English fluency
