Standalone HR Manager role combining employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and health & safety management in a manufacturing/operational environment in Essex, UK
Requirements
- Previous experience as standalone HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics or similar operational environments
- Employee relations management (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
- Recruitment and onboarding capabilities
- HR policy and employment law compliance expertise
- Risk assessment and H&S audit experience
- Accident and near-miss reporting management
- Continuous improvement mindset
- IOSH training or Health and Safety experience (advantageous)
