About the job
Lead human resources operations for Singapore and Asia-Pacific region, reporting to C-level executives. End-to-end HR expertise required with focus on talent acquisition and employee relations across multiple markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Singapore citizenship or non-Mainland Chinese national with Singapore PR
- End-to-end HR expertise
- Strengths in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Familiar with labour legislations of Singapore and Asia-Pacific markets
- Experience leading team of 2-5 members
- Prior experience in technology, internet, gaming or AI industries preferred
