Requirements

- Senior-level Strategic HR experience
- Experience leading HR in a medium-sized organization
- Strong understanding of UAE employment practices and labor regulations
- Expertise in performance management, employee relations, training, and talent management
- Experience with HR automation, HRIS implementation, people analytics, or digital HR transformation
