About the job
Adapty is looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead their Talent Acquisition function, manage a team of five recruiters, own executive hiring, and build standardized hiring processes for the company
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years leading a recruiting team
- Proven experience hiring VP, Head, and C-level executives
- Experience designing and improving end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in recruiting metrics and funnel optimization
- Experience making hiring and performance decisions within your own team
- Confidence to challenge hiring managers and senior leadership when supported by data
