Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to partner with team leads on organization design, team structure, and people frameworks to support company growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP, People Partner, People & Culture Partner, Organisation Development, People Strategy, or HR Project role
- Strong experience in organisation design, headcount planning, role clarity, and practical people solutions
- Experience with performance, onboarding, manager enablement, engagement, L&D, people analytics, or employee development
- Strong analytical and communication skills with fluent English
- Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, documentation, and project planning tools
