Zexter is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and international markets, focusing on sourcing strategies and full-cycle recruitment
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience within the iGaming industry
- Experience hiring technical, corporate, leadership, and business roles
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent English and Russian
